Mission:

To create a grounded and compassionate environment for my clients, leading to deeper self-understanding and personal transformation. 

I approach therapy from a clinical and relational perspective, offering evidence based care and a genuine human connection. Services are provided in person or via a secure telehealth platform.  I utilize mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy (M-CBT), psychoeducational, insight oriented, and transpersonal therapy (spiritually informed practices). However, your treatment is individualized and based off of presenting concerns/needs. I support both men and women and all ethnic backgrounds.If you’re seeking practical support, we can focus on developing skills to manage symptoms and address day-to-day challenges.  It can be a limited number of sessions or ongoing.

The reparative work of therapy is an interactive/collaborative process which is why the therapeutic relationship is so important in the process of healing. Once a client has moved beyond a limiting mindset, it can open the door for deeper work. When words don’t quite capture what you’re experiencing, we may turn to guided imagery and visualization to help describe it. For clients who are curious and seeking deeper, transpersonal therapy, we may explore these dimensions in our work together.

I support YOU in developing greater awareness of how you show up emotionally, physically, and energetically. This means learning to notice not just what you say or do, but how your presence communicates. As you become more conscious of these patterns, you gain the ability to shift them in ways that feel more true to who you are.

I’ve completed numerous clinical trainings over the years and integrate the tools and approaches I find to be most effective for each client. Ongoing professional trainings and my own inner work is essential to my growth as a therapist and the well-being of my clients. I enjoy all aspects of therapy, practical or explorative.  Your motivation for change is taken into account and we move at a pace that feels manageable.
